A Message from our President . . .


Thank you for visiting our website. Of special note are the updates to the following pages: Board of Directors, "How to Apply" and Grant Recipients. Also, we have made some changes to our procedures that you should take into consideration when inquiring about our granting process.

Fiscal 2010-11 has presented many challenges to the non-profit community. Many funding sources of the organizations we serve have been drastically reduced or eliminated. Fortunately, Cape Fear Memorial Foundation has been able to maintain its funding levels during the 2010-2011 fiscal year. We have noted that recent applications for funding have been primarily for the purpose of sustaining current levels of service and operations. We have funded very few new programs in the recent past.


We encourage you to contact us with your funding needs. If you have remaining questions or comments after reviewing our FAQ's, please do not hesitate to contact the Foundation directly. We look forward to hearing about your service to the community and any ideas you have to improve it.
